Monochromatic Chic
One style that I love when it comes to centerpieces, flowers, or home decor in general, is a monochromantic look. Brides suggests "creating an ultrastylish look by asking your florist to make monochromatic centerpieces; though the hue will be uniform, each table should feature a different flower." Not only do the above pictures from Colin Cowie show a monochromatic scheme, but they also include table runners - another favorite of mine. (Far right picture from Brides.)
