Framed Monogram Friday

I wanted to let my customers know that in the next few weeks, we will be updating our website (with the help of Lucky Brother)! Some of our standard monograms will be retired and I will make sure to update our selection with all our new Friday standards. Happy Labor Day Monogram Friday

I hope you all have a wonderful long weekend. My new favorite design elements are frames (like the one we used for the Let's Eat Cake save the dates). Please stop back on Tuesday for a very special Hometown Honeymoon from one of our favorite bloggers!

Brainstorming Friday

After seeing this post at Victoria With Roses, I am thinking about hosting a book exchange. I am leaning towards a cookbook exchange, since that is one of my favorite new hobbies. I am still thinking about all the details, but first, is there any interest? Leave me a comment, or feel free to email.

I also cannot believe that the blogging community is already thinking about fall. I saw many autumnal posts this week. Although it is my favorite season, I do not think I am ready yet! Here is a fancy, ornate monogram to finish our week and to get us moving towards autumn.

I'd Rather Be...

Instead of ending our week with a new standard design, I thought we would celebrate the holiday and end with a giveaway. I have a set of these adorable pins to giveaway to one lucky reader! New Standards for Friday!

I do not have a standard monogram for you today, however I am so excited to announce the first standard invitation designs are ready! I truly love creating custom stationery, but it is not always practical. Lucky Designs is offering 5 designs at this time, and we hope to add more options in the coming months (i.e. pocketfolds). Not only are our standard invitations available, but a matching wedding website is also available from Our Wedding Plus. Rhonda contacted me several months ago, offering to work with us on our standard designs. We are so excited to be affiliated with Our Wedding Plus. After seeing this lovely wedding on one of my new favorite blogs, Southern Wedding Style, I felt like teal was the color for today! I wanted the design to be modern and clean. I also love the idea that you can use part of your monogram (i.e. the circle and last name initial), but not necessarily the whole thing on many elements for your wedding.
